Voucher - Information about the owner and the address of the reserved accommodation unit

Immediately upon receiving the payment confirmation, or the approved authorization of the guest's credit card, the agency will forward all the important information about the accommodation to the guest. This information includes:

owner's full name
accommodation unit address
accommodation unit phone numbers
full address of the owner (if it differs from the accommodation unit address)
all the useful contact phone numbers (owner's phone number at home, work, cell phone and telefax number)

If it is somewhat difficult to find the accommodation unit, we will send the guest an email with the instructions of the simplest way of getting to the reserved accommodation unit.

In case of the payment confirmation being forwarded to the agency by 16.00, all the above mentioned information will be sent to the guest the same day.

Direct guest-owner communication

The best way of solving all the possible doubts and newly risen questions is by contacting the owner directly. However, we would like to mention that you are not required to contact the owner before going on your vacation, it is simply something you can do if necessary.
